Macine Installation:

The foundation bed of themachine should be done by concrete, and the depth depends on the soil structure. Tt is generally during 150-200mm,. The machine should be installed on the foundation,after the foundation goes through 2 to 3 weeks mainten ance period.

The front feeding position should be 1mm higher ,and 5 to 10mm rubber mat should be placed on the bottom of the machine to make it at the horizontal level. After the positioning of the machine, fix the position of the electric machine according to the triangle gum belt, and make the material frame, blanking

plate and work table according to the height of themachine. Consider the position of the oil and fume drainage equipment during the installation.
